Remote Patient Monitoring

• Our office provides blood pressure monitoring devices to qualified patients allowing our medical staff to know the blood pressure readings of the patients and adjust medications accordingly; thus allowing more timely care to our patients.

• Patients that are in RPM may also qualify for our Chronic Care Program (CCM) where our staff dedicates even more attention to the medical care of the patient.
