1. Provide a valid email to our staff to register you.
2. You will receive an invitation to the email provided.
3. The email will say: Ana M Sierra de Aragon MD invites you to join the Patient Portal
4. This email will have a unique Registration ID. You will need this on the next step.
5. On the email, click on the blue link that says: “Continue Registration”
6. A new window will be open for you to create your username, password and to complete the registration process
7. The username must be at least 8 characters long
8. The password has to be: 8 characters total, include 1 number and 1 capital letter
9. Create Security Questions so that you can recover the password on your own in case your forget it
10. Type the Registration ID that you received via email
11. Click Register
12. A pop up window comes up indicating that you Successfully Registered
13. Click on Go to Practice to begin using the portal
