• Our office provides dedicated staff for CCM patients to establish frequent communication and understanding of the medical conditions of our patients.

• Patients that are in CCM may also qualify for our Remote Patient Monitoring where we staff can be aware of the blood pressure readings of the patient and be able to adjust medications accordingly.
